"What an awful end to a wonderful vacation. Took 40 minutes for the driver to get to the airport. Had to call hotel twice. My husband and I loaded all 5 bags of luggage ourselves into the van. Got to the hotel and again my husband and I unloaded the van and put luggage onto cart only to find it had a broken wheel. Driver said it broke that afternoon. Guess they only have one cart. Went to check in and guy behind counter was rude and uncaring to our situation that we had all the luggage on a broken cart and then proceeded to put us on the top floor of the hotel all the way in the back! I made these reservations back in the summer. We struggled with the cart to the back of the hotel with no help or assistance from staff and then had to carry it up the stairs to the 2nd floor. To top it off I had requested in the reservation for a smoking room and guess what, it was a non smoking room. We have stayed in other Best Western hotels but will never again give our money to this business. Even tho the room was paid for we discussed lugging all of our stuff on the broken cart down to the next hotel but since it was 40 degrees out we just tuffed it out. Extremely unsatisfacory stay."

"Tony the driver of the courtesy shuttle as well as the other drivers were very good. We picked the hotel because of the proximity to Texas Stadium and the airport, but it's a bit of a hike to downtown so if you have time to spare travelling to and from the city centre no problem here."

This Best Western is located approximately two miles from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and 10 miles from downtown Dallas. The hotel is also five miles from the University of Dallas, six miles from Texas Stadium, seven miles from Grapevine Mills shopping center and Lone Star Park, and 10 miles from Six Flags over Texas and Hurricane Harbor.
